  • 1/2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/2 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Crisp Shrimp


  1. In a bowl stir together flour, curry powder, cayenne and salt to taste.
  2. Add shrimp to flour mixture, tossing to coat.
  3. In a large heavy skillet heat oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and saute
    shrimp, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque throughout.
  4. Serve immediately.
