creamy tuna casserole

Need a quick dish? I use this recipe when the pantry is low or i just don't have time to make one of my more traditional meals. It's creamier than most Tuna Casseroles that I've tried and it seems to be a big hit with the family (even the ones that don't like tuna casserole).

Ingredients
- 1 package egg noodles, wide and cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tuna, packed in water & drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - shredded white cheese of choice
- TOPPINGS: CHOOSE ONE
- - potato chips, crushed
- - panko bread crumbs
- - bread crumbs, seasoned
- - french fried onions
How To Make creamy tuna casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2In a covered casserole dish, combine soup, sour cream and salt & pepper. Stir well.

Step 3Sprinkle with Parmesan or other shredded cheese.

Step 4Sprinkle topping over the cheese, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
