I don't usually measure the ingredients. This is as close to exact measurements as I can come. I hope that it works for you! You can switch out the cheese for swiss or gruyere or any other combination of cheeses that you'd prefer. It may give it a different taste and texture, but it's still works.

Ingredients
- 1 package crabmeat, fresh about 1 c.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2-4 tablespoons butter
- - old bay seasoning
How To Make creamy crab meat thermidor

Step 1Saute shallot in butter until tender.

Step 2Add cream, white wine, dijon, and season to taste.

Step 3Place crabmeat in an ovenproof dish and top with the liquid mixture.

Step 4Top with Parmesean cheese.

Step 5Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle mixture over the crabmeat mixture.

Step 6Sprinkle old bay seasoning over the whole dish and bake in a 350 degree oven until bubbly and slightly browned(about 30 mins.)

Step 7Remove from oven and sprinkle lemon juice over the top. Serve and enjoy!
