Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- - salt & pepper
- - chopped parsley
How To Make creamed shrimp with rice

Step 1Melt butter, blend in flour & cook until mixture bubbles. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until smooth. Reduce heat & cook for 3 mins. add lemon juice & seasoning.

Step 2Add shrimp. Mound hot rice on platter, cover with creamed mixture and sprinkle with parsley.
