This is a family favorite! You will serve this dish many times as it is a crowd pleaser. I usually serve with a green salad. Great for pokeno, card parties and tailgate parties! Bon Appetite!!!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds louisiana crawfish tails
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup jalepeno, finely diced (optional)
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces velvetta cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
How To Make crawfish cornbread dressing

Step 1Blend the cornmeal, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well after each addition. Pour in a prepared 9 x 11 pan and bake at 350º for approximately one hour, depending on oven.
