Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make crawfish casserole

Step 1Sautee onion, bell pepper, celery, paprika and parkely in butter. Add crawfish, tomatoes, rice and mushroom soup. Cook until some juice is absorbed

Step 2Bake in a casserole dish at 350 for 20-30 minutes
