Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 pound crawfish tails
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

How To Make crawfish casserole

  • Step 1
    Sautee onion, bell pepper, celery, paprika and parkely in butter. Add crawfish, tomatoes, rice and mushroom soup. Cook until some juice is absorbed
  • Step 2
    Bake in a casserole dish at 350 for 20-30 minutes
