One of my beach buddies, JoAnn, shared this recipe with me and I want to pass it on to those of you that like crab meat. Hope you enjoy this wonderful casserole. Yummers!

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 1/4 pint half & half (or canned milk)
- 1/4 cup dry wine, drink the rest
- 1/2 pound lump crab meat
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese (or more)
How To Make crabmeat au gratin

Step 1Mix together the melted butter, flour & milk over low heat until thickened.

Step 2Take off heat & stir in the wine. Now stir in the crab meat, salt, pepper & Old Bay.

Step 3Pour into sprayed casserole dish & sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 20 to 30 minutes.
