A very tasteful and healthier type of dish. Tofu is a soy based bean curd, which is very healthy. My dad loves this dish.

Ingredients

  • 21 oz
    tofu, firm and well drained
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp
    panko, japanese bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • 1 can(s)
    crabmeat, drained (6 oz.)
  • 2 oz
    fresh mushroom or canned mushroom
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • DIPPING SAUCE:

  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    ketsup
  • 1 tsp
    chili sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sugar

How to Make CRABMEAT AND TOFU PATTIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Crumble the tofu with a fork. Mix in the egg, lemon juice, panko, salt, and pepper.
  2. Chop mushrooms, combine tofu and crab meat. Divide into eight patties, make the patties about 3/4 of an inch thick.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in s skillet over medium-high heat. Grill patties for 3 minutes, then flip them over and grill for 3 minutes, should be golden brown.
  4. Mix together all the ingredients for the dipping sauce. Serve with crab meat patties. YUMMMO!!!
