crab with sherry in shells
An extremely easy and elegant way to serve crab. I put it into Scallop Shells I bought at a cooking store, but you can use ramekins also. Delicious and rich. I found this 35 years ago in Yankee Magazine!

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh crabmeat
- 2 - hardooked eggs- chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 cup buttered breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons sherry
How To Make crab with sherry in shells

Step 1Mix all the ingredients, reserving a half cup of the buttered breadcrumbs. Spoon mixture into scallop shells or ramekins and top with the remaining crumbs

Step 2Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes
