    okra, fresh
  • 1/2 c

    eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    pepper sauce
  • 1/2 stick
  • 2 dash(es)
    garlic powder
  • pinch
  • pinch
  • 1/4 lb
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1

How to Make Crab Supreme


  1. Beat eggs, add milk, pepper sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper and vinegar.
  2. Peel carrot, dice, and cook separately in saucepan until tender.
  3. Allow to cool and add to above mixture.
  4. Add crabmeat and flour.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add okra which should be cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
  7. Pour mixture in baking dish.
  8. Bake in hot 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  9. Shred cheese while crab supreme is baking.
  10. Spread cheese on top after 10 minutes and return to oven for additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
