- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 pinch thyme, dried
- 1 cup swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup spring onions,chopped
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- - salt and pepper,to taste
- 2 - 8 inch frozen pie crusts

Step 1beat together eggs, mayo,flour,thyme

Step 2fold together grated swiss cheese,spring onions with lump crab meat, salt & pepper to taste

Step 3pour into pie crusts and bake at 350, 35 minutes or until done using the knife test.
