I love Quiche, it's a shame to ruin good crab meat,but this is so good!

yield 8 for Appetizers 6 for Main dish

Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch thyme, dried
  • 1 cup swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup spring onions,chopped
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • - salt and pepper,to taste
  • 2 - 8 inch frozen pie crusts

How To Make crab quiche

  • Step 1
    beat together eggs, mayo,flour,thyme
  • Step 2
    fold together grated swiss cheese,spring onions with lump crab meat, salt & pepper to taste
  • Step 3
    pour into pie crusts and bake at 350, 35 minutes or until done using the knife test.
