Ingredients
- 12 ounces crab meat
- 1/3 cup ff mayo
- 1 - egg
- 1/2-1 cup wheat crackers, finely crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash zesty lime
- 2 - green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 cup wheat crackers, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 package frozen biscuits
How To Make crab cakes and fried biscuits

Step 1In med. bowl, mix together mayo, egg, pepper, mrs. dash, green onion and parsley. Add crab meat and 1/2 - 1 c of crushed wheat crackers. Fold together.

Step 2Form about 6 patties, dip in cracker crumbs fry in about 1/4 c of canola oil, about 5 min. on each side or med-med low heat.

Step 3Thaw and flatten biscuits, fry in small amount of canola or olive oil, keep flattening with spatula as they cook and rise. Cook about 4-5 min on each side over med-low heat.
