  • 1 lb
    lump crab meat, picked clean
  • 1/3 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 3
    green onions, sliced, green and white parts
  • 1/2 c
    red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 large
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2
    lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 dash(es)
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c
    oil, for frying

How to Make Crab Cakes


  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except oil. Shape into patties and coat with extra bread crumbs. Pan fry in hot oil over medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. Serve with your favorite Tarter or Roumalade sauce.
