Ingredients

1 lblump crab meat, picked clean
-
1/3 cpanko bread crumbs
-
3green onions, sliced, green and white parts
-
1/2 cred bell pepper, finely chopped
-
1/4 cmayonnaise
-
1 largeegg
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
1/2lemon, juiced
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 dash(es)cayenne pepper
-
1/2 coil, for frying
How to Make Crab Cakes
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except oil. Shape into patties and coat with extra bread crumbs. Pan fry in hot oil over medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite Tarter or Roumalade sauce.
