Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crab meat, picked clean
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 - green onions, sliced, green and white parts
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 - lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup oil, for frying
How To Make crab cakes

Step 1In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except oil. Shape into patties and coat with extra bread crumbs. Pan fry in hot oil over medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Step 2Serve with your favorite Tarter or Roumalade sauce.
