Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - broccoli, frozen or fresh bunch
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make crab broccoli casserole

Step 1Drain crab and set aside.

Step 2Cook broccoli until almost tender and arrange in the bottom of greased 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 3Melt 1/4 cup of butter and saute the onion; add flour, curry powder and salt.

Step 4Gradually stir in milk; cook until thickened, then stir in lemon juice and add crab.

Step 5Pour over broccoli and cheese in casserole.

Step 6Mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.

Step 7Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Step 8NOTE: This is a good dish to use imitation crabmeat, if you would prefer. Also does nicely in individual casseroles.
