Crab Broccoli Casserole

How to Make Crab Broccoli Casserole
1Drain crab and set aside.
2Cook broccoli until almost tender and arrange in the bottom of greased 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with grated cheese.
3Melt 1/4 cup of butter and saute the onion; add flour, curry powder and salt.
4Gradually stir in milk; cook until thickened, then stir in lemon juice and add crab.
5Pour over broccoli and cheese in casserole.
6Mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
7Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
8NOTE: This is a good dish to use imitation crabmeat, if you would prefer. Also does nicely in individual casseroles.
