  • 3 EGGS
    beaten
  • 1/4 CUP
    milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 CUPS
    all purpose flour
  • 2 CUPS
    bread crumbs, dry
  • 25 6- OZ
    pan-dressed catfish

How to Make COUNTRY/FRIED/CATFISH

Step-by-Step

  1. COMBINE EGGS,MILK,SALT,PEPPER AND MIX.COMBINE FLOUR,BREAD CRUMBS.DIP CATFISH IN EGG MIXTURE,THEN ROLL IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE.FRY IN DEEP FAT AT 350.DEGREES UNTIL BROWN AND FLAKES EASILY WHEN TESTED WITH A FORK.
  2. DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER.ARRANGE ON TRAY GARNISH WITH LEMON SLICES. SERVE WITH HUSH PUPPIES AND TARTAR SAUCE.
