  • 25 6- OZ pan-dressed catfish

  • Step 1
    COMBINE EGGS,MILK,SALT,PEPPER AND MIX.COMBINE FLOUR,BREAD CRUMBS.DIP CATFISH IN EGG MIXTURE,THEN ROLL IN THE FLOUR MIXTURE.FRY IN DEEP FAT AT 350.DEGREES UNTIL BROWN AND FLAKES EASILY WHEN TESTED WITH A FORK.

    DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER.ARRANGE ON TRAY GARNISH WITH LEMON SLICES. SERVE WITH HUSH PUPPIES AND TARTAR SAUCE.
