Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick mix
- 1 cup beer
- 3 tablespoons pineapple,crushed
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 can pinacolada concintrate
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 - bag of uncooked large or jumbo shrimp
How To Make coconut shrimp with pinacolada dipping sauce

Step 1For Shrimp: In Medium Bowl combine 1 cup Bisquick mix with beer. Set aside.In another bowl add just 1 cup Bisquick mix and coconut. In fryer heat up oil. Dip shrimp shells removed into beer mixture then into Bisquick powder. Let sit a minute then fry 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towel.

Step 2Sauce: Mix together 1/2 can pina colada concentrate and sour cream. Add pineapple. mix well Chill 1 hour. Serve cold. Sauce is for dipping!
