Ingredients
- 1 cup hopped clams plus 1/2 cup clam juice
- 1/2 cup dry italian bread crumbs
- 3 - eggs
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 - chopped and sauted onion
- - flour for sprinkling
How To Make clam patties

Step 1Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Form 6 patties. then sprinkle some flour over the top and bottom of the patties. Freeze them until they are very firm, but not frozen. place then in a cast iron skilit and fry with a little oil. both sides until a light golden brown.
