Growing up Tuna Noddle Casserole was the ultimate comfort food. Seeking that comfort after a week of disappointments, I looked in the pantry to discover there was no tuna. Not wanting to go to the store in the pouring rain I decided to create, and here is what I came up with; hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.

Ingredients For clam noddle casserole

1 canpregresso's clam sauce
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 pkg12 oz pkg of pasta

1soup can of milk
-
2 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated

1 cparmesan cheese divided
-
1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

1 tspred pepper flakes (optional)
How To Make clam noddle casserole

1Cook pasta according to package

2In a sauce pan heat the clam sauce, soup and milk

3Add red pepper and 1/2 cup of cheese, heat through

4Pour cooked pasta into a casserole dish, pour sauuce over and mix well

5Mix remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and panko and sprinkle over top

6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

7If you'd like to add a little color try adding some peas or asparagus.
