Growing up Tuna Noddle Casserole was the ultimate comfort food. Seeking that comfort after a week of disappointments, I looked in the pantry to discover there was no tuna. Not wanting to go to the store in the pouring rain I decided to create, and here is what I came up with; hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.

Ingredients For clam noddle casserole

  • 1 can
    pregresso's clam sauce
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    12 oz pkg of pasta
  • 1
    soup can of milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese divided
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes (optional)

How To Make clam noddle casserole

  • 1
    Cook pasta according to package
  • 2
    In a sauce pan heat the clam sauce, soup and milk
  • 3
    Add red pepper and 1/2 cup of cheese, heat through
  • 4
    Pour cooked pasta into a casserole dish, pour sauuce over and mix well
  • 5
    Mix remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and panko and sprinkle over top
  • 6
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

    If you'd like to add a little color try adding some peas or asparagus.
