clam noddle casserole

Growing up Tuna Noddle Casserole was the ultimate comfort food. Seeking that comfort after a week of disappointments, I looked in the pantry to discover there was no tuna. Not wanting to go to the store in the pouring rain I decided to create, and here is what I came up with; hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.

Ingredients
- 1 can pregresso's clam sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package 12 oz pkg of pasta
- 1 - soup can of milk
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 cup parmesan cheese divided
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
How To Make clam noddle casserole

Step 1Cook pasta according to package

Step 2In a sauce pan heat the clam sauce, soup and milk

Step 3Add red pepper and 1/2 cup of cheese, heat through

Step 4Pour cooked pasta into a casserole dish, pour sauuce over and mix well

Step 5Mix remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and panko and sprinkle over top

Step 6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

Step 7If you'd like to add a little color try adding some peas or asparagus.
