Ingredients
- 1 cup clams, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - dash of hot sauce
- 2 - eggs
- - oil
- 1 cup flour
How To Make clam fritter

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except oil.

Step 2Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet until hot but not smoking.

Step 3Drop batter, using 1/8 cup per pancake, into hot oil. Cook until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
