Ingredients
- 2 - trout, cleaned
- 1.5 - lemons
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon pepper
- 1 - onion, sliced and separated in rings
- 1 - orange
- cup dry white wine
How To Make citrus trout delight

Step 1Rub trout inside and outside with 1/4 cut lemon.

Step 2Season trout inside and out with salt and pepper.

Step 3Place onion in bottom of casserole and put trout on top of onion.

Step 4Spread orange sections around trout.

Step 5Squeeze orange juice and lemon juice on trout.

Step 6Pour wine in casserole.

Step 7Cover casserole in aluminum foil and bake at 450 for 25 to 30 minutes.
