    salmon fillets
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable broth
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro chopped

How to Make Cilantro Lime Butter Salmon


  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add oil to a large skillet. Cook the salmon 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Add the butter to the skillet. Let it melt and add the garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add the vegetable broth, lime juice, honey, and cilantro. Bring to a boil and let it reduce a bit.
  3. Add the salmon back to the pan and cook in the sauce for 2 minutes. Serve with lime sliced
