- 1 - celery ribs, chopped
- 2 - sliced green onions
- 1 small apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt, lemon
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 - flour tortillas, fat free
- - lettuce leaves
- - red onion, thickly sliced
How To Make chunky tuna salad roll-ups

Step 1Mix all ingredients except tortillas, lettuce and red onion.

Step 2Layer tortillas with lettuce and red onion.

Step 3Fold up bottom third of each tortilla; roll up tortilla to form cone shape with folded end at bottom.

Step 4Secure with toothpick.

Step 5Spoon tuna mixture into center of each tortilla cone.
