This recipe is from the Colonial Park United Methodist Church cookbook in Memphis, TN. There's no date on the cookbook, but I remember my mother being the editor for it when I was in high school, so late 60's.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c
water
1
3 oz can chow mein noodles
1 can(s)
tuna, drained
1 c
chopped celery
1/2 c
cashews
1/4 c
onion, chopped
salt and pepper

How to Make Chopstick Tuna Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients retaining enough noodles to sprinkle on top.
  • 2Place in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the reserved noodles on top.
  • 3Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. If you double the recipe bake for 30 minutes.
