Ingredients
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 3/16 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3/4 cup rice
- 3/4 cup tuna
How To Make chop suey with tuna

Step 1Cook celery and onion in 2 tablespoons water over low heat, covered.

Step 2When tender, remove from heat, add rice, 2 cup water and seasonings.

Step 3Bring to a boil.

Step 4Turn heat to low and cook covered, until rice is tender and liquid absorbed (about 1/2 hour).

Step 5Add tuna.

Step 6Mix and remove from heat.

Step 7Set aside, covered, for a few minutes before serving.
