How To Make bonnie's chili lime talapia in the slowcooker
-
Step 1PREPARE THE FILLETS Rinse and blot dry with paper towels.
-
Step 2MIX INGREDIENTS Combine: Mc Cormick Season All, pepper, salt, zest, lime juice, chili powder, and mayonnaise
-
Step 3WRAP THE FISH Spray the foil with pam. Place the fish on the foil. Spoon the mixture on the fish evenly. Put the corn on top, and then seal the foil packets tightly so steam doesn't escape.
-
Step 4COOK THE FISH Place the foil packets in the slow cooker. Cook for 3 hours on low setting. No peeking!
-
Step 5Remove the foil packets to a platter with a spatula. Be careful opening them because the steam will be hot. Open each packet, roll back the foil sides and serve right in the foil on a plate. Delicious served over my Cilantro Lime Rice. Enjoy!
