How to Make CHILI LIME TALAPIA -- BONNIE'S SLOW COOKER RECIPE

Step-by-Step

  1. PREPARE THE FILLETS
Rinse and blot dry with paper towels.
  2. MIX INGREDIENTS
Combine: Mc Cormick Season All, pepper, salt, zest, lime juice, chili powder, and mayonnaise
  3. WRAP THE FISH
Spray the foil with pam. Place the fish on the foil. Spoon the mixture on the fish evenly. Put the corn on top, and then seal the foil packets tightly so steam doesn't escape.
  4. COOK THE FISH
Place the foil packets in the slow cooker. Cook for 3 hours on low setting. No peeking!
  5. Remove the foil packets to a platter with a spatula. Be careful opening them because the steam will be hot. Open each packet, roll back the foil sides and serve right in the foil on a plate. Delicious served over my Cilantro Lime Rice. Enjoy!
