red snapper filets
salt & pepper
3 Tbsp
flour
1 Tbsp
asian fish sauce
1 Tbsp
thai garlic chile paste
1/2 Tbsp
baking splenda
1 c
water
1
lime...juiced
3 clove
garlic...minced
3
scallions... sliced
3 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 c
water
skim milk, enough to cover fish

How to Make Chili Lime Red Snapper Filets

Step-by-Step

  • 1soak the fish in skim milk for 30-60 minutes
  • 2season fish w salt & pepper and dredge through the flour...in a non stick skillet heat 3 tb olive oil and saute the fish 5 minutes on each side...set aside
  • 3boil for 1 minute the lime juice,water, garlic, scallions and splenda. add fish back to warm - then serve.
