Ingredients
- 4 - red snapper filets
- - salt & pepper
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon asian fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon thai garlic chile paste
- 1/2 tablespoon baking splenda
- 1 cup water
- 1 - lime...juiced
- 3 cloves garlic...minced
- 3 - scallions... sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 cup water
- - skim milk, enough to cover fish
How To Make chili lime red snapper filets

Step 1soak the fish in skim milk for 30-60 minutes

Step 2season fish w salt & pepper and dredge through the flour...in a non stick skillet heat 3 tb olive oil and saute the fish 5 minutes on each side...set aside

Step 3boil for 1 minute the lime juice,water, garlic, scallions and splenda. add fish back to warm - then serve.
