    red snapper filets
  • ·
    salt & pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    asian fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    thai garlic chile paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    baking splenda
  • 1 c
  • 1
  • 3 clove
  • 3
    scallions... sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 c
  • ·
    skim milk, enough to cover fish

How to Make Chili Lime Red Snapper Filets


  1. soak the fish in skim milk for 30-60 minutes
  2. season fish w salt & pepper and dredge through the a non stick skillet heat 3 tb olive oil and saute the fish 5 minutes on each side...set aside
  3. boil for 1 minute the lime juice,water, garlic, scallions and splenda. add fish back to warm - then serve.
