Ingredients

  • 4 - red snapper filets
  • - salt & pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon asian fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon thai garlic chile paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking splenda
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 - lime...juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic...minced
  • 3 - scallions... sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 cup water
  • - skim milk, enough to cover fish

How To Make chili lime red snapper filets

  • Step 1
    soak the fish in skim milk for 30-60 minutes
  • Step 2
    season fish w salt & pepper and dredge through the flour...in a non stick skillet heat 3 tb olive oil and saute the fish 5 minutes on each side...set aside
  • Step 3
    boil for 1 minute the lime juice,water, garlic, scallions and splenda. add fish back to warm - then serve.
