cheesy crab squares
When my kids were little, it was a little feat to get them to eat well. The one type of food that they "enjoyed" was piza-type-looking "stuffs". Here's one of them . . . lucky they didn't know!!!

Ingredients
- 2 cans 8 oz. pillsbury quick crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup miracle whip salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon dried chopped parsley
How To Make cheesy crab squares

Step 1Unroll dough into 4 rectangles.

Step 2Place on 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan and press onto bottom and halfway up the sides of the pan to form a crust. Seal the perforations.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Step 4In a medium bowl, combine salad dressing, lemon juice and pepper, mix well.

Step 5Then add in the cheese, crabmeat, green onions and parsley, mix lightly. Spread evenly over crust.

Step 6Continue baking for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 7Let stand for 5 minutes, cut into squares. Serve on a platter.
