This one is from my old recipe box. Easy and good.

  • ·
    pat and dry and place in shallow buttered baking dish:
  • ·
    2 firm white fillets of fish (5 to 6 oz each). mix and pour over fish:
  • ·
    3/4 cup sour cream
  • ·
    1/3 cup grated parmesan or swiss cheese
  • ·
    2 t. fresh lemon juice
  • ·
    1 small onion, finely minced or grated
  • ·
    1/4 t. herb salt
  • ·
    1/2 small dried red chili pepper, seeded and crushed (optional)

How to Make Cheese Baked Fish Fillets (TNT)


  1. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 oven 15 to 20 minutes or until fish
    flakes easily when tested with a fork. Do not overcook. Garnish with chopped
    fresh parsley.
    Serves 2
