Ingredients
- 1 pound processed cheese
- 8 slices bread, crusts trimmed away
- 5 - eggs
- 1 pint milk
- 1 can crabmeat, frozen
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make cheese and crabmeat casserole

Step 1Cube bread and cheese; alternate layers of cheese, bread and crabmeat (twice) in buttered casserole.

Step 2Beat eggs, milk and melted butter and pour over the layered mixture.

Step 3Bake in a pan of water at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Step 4Serve with sauce: 1 can of mushroom soup, undiluted and heated.
