- 2 cups leftover cooked catfish
- 1 cup cold mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oil
How To Make catfish fritters

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except for the oil; mix well. Shape into patties; dredge in flour. Fry fish cakes in hot oil about 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once; drain well. Serve with cocktail sauce.
