    leftover cooked catfish
  • 1 c
    cold mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 c
    onion, minced
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Catfish Fritters


  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the oil; mix well. Shape into patties; dredge in flour. Fry fish cakes in hot oil about 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning once; drain well. Serve with cocktail sauce.
