Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sake or dry white wine
- 1 shallot diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 skinless bass filets
- parsley for garnish

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except for fish. Place in a zip lock bag. Add the fish filets and let marinate 30 to 60 minutes.

Step 2Place a skillet on the stove over med high heat. Add the filets to the pan and pour in the marinade.

Step 3Cook turning the bass in the marinade as it caramalizes. Remove fish to a plate and garnish with parslely
