  • 1/2 cup sake or dry white wine
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 skinless bass filets
  • parsley for garnish

How To Make carmalized soy sauce brown sugar bass filets

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together except for fish. Place in a zip lock bag. Add the fish filets and let marinate 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Place a skillet on the stove over med high heat. Add the filets to the pan and pour in the marinade.
  • Step 3
    Cook turning the bass in the marinade as it caramalizes. Remove fish to a plate and garnish with parslely
