How to Make Cajun Pan Fried Bass
- Mix the egg and beer together in a shallow dish.
Mix the crackers, salt, Cajun seasoning, and pepper together in another shallow dish.
- Place oil in a large skillet. Dredge the fish in egg mixture then coat in cracker mixture. Fry in hot oil 3 minutes each side more or less depending on how thick the fillets are
