- 4 8-oz - pieces mahi mahi
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- - salt
- SALSA:
- 1 cup chopped fruits, such as cantaloupe, grapes, kiwifruit
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
How To Make cajun mahi mahi with fruit salsa

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2Mix the seasoning .

Step 3Make the salsa by adding all ingredients together.

Step 4Sprinkle the seasoning on fish.

Step 5Heat oil in pan and sear the fish on both sides.

Step 6Put in preheated oven (350) for 4-5 minutes. Fish should be firm to the touch.

Step 7Arrange the fish on the plates and put the salsa on top of the fish.
