Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - red bell pepper diced
- 1 - green bell pepper diced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- - salt
- - green onions chopped for garnish
- - rice for serving
How To Make cajun crawfish ettouffee

Step 1Place oil in a large skillet. Add the peppers, onion and garlic. Saute about 5 minutes. Stir in the soup, cream, Cajun seasoning and tomato paste. Cook 2 minutes.

Step 2Add the crawfish. Cook 2 more minutes. Taste and season with salt. Garnish with green onions.
