Ingredients
- 4 - catfish, halibut, grouper, or snapper fish fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup green onions minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 pound crab meat fresh chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- - salt and pepper
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- - salt and pepper
How To Make cajun crab stuffed fish fillets

Step 1Melt butter in skillet. Saute onions and garlic until soft. Remove from heat. Stir in crabmeat, bread crumbs, heavy cream parsley, cajun seasoning and salt and pepper.

Step 2Lay one fillet in sprayed baking pan. Top with half the stuffing mixture. Lay another fillet on top. Repeat with other two fillets.

Step 3In a saucepan mix the sauce ingredients together until well incorporated. Pour over fillets and bake at 350 degrees in oven for about 30 minutes. Basting with sauce.
