  • 1 c
    cornmeal
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 can(s)
    beer i used coors lite
  • 1 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • ·
    pinch of salt
  • ·
    oil for deep frying

How to Make Cajun Cornmeal Beer Battered Fish Filets

  2. Bring the oil to 350 degrees. Dip the fish into the cornmeal mixture.
