- 6 - white fish fillets i used bass
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 can beer i used coors lite
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- - pinch of salt
- - oil for deep frying

Step 1Whisk together the cornmeal, flour, Cajun Seasoning, salt, and beer.

Step 2Bring the oil to 350 degrees. Dip the fish into the cornmeal mixture.
