    white fish fillets i used bass
  • 1 c
    cornmeal
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 can
    beer i used coors lite
  • 1 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • pinch of salt
  • oil for deep frying

How To Make cajun cornmeal beer battered fish filets

    Whisk together the cornmeal, flour, Cajun Seasoning, salt, and beer.

    Bring the oil to 350 degrees. Dip the fish into the cornmeal mixture.
