Ingredients
- FISH
- 8 - bass fillets or any kind of white fish like cod, haddock,, etc..
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 12 ounces amber beer
- - oil for deep frying
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 2 tablespoons creole brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cajun beer batter fish w creole mustard sauce

Step 1Mix the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, salt, cajun seasoning and beer together.

Step 2Dredge the fillets in the beer mixture and deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown about 4 minutes.

Step 3Mix the ingredients for sauce together and serve with fish.
