FISH

bass fillets or any kind of white fish like cod, haddock,, etc..
1 c
flour
1 c
yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp
baking powder
2 tsp
salt
1 1/2 Tbsp
cajun seasoning
12 oz
amber beer
oil for deep frying

SAUCE

1/2 c
miracle whip
2 Tbsp
creole brown mustard
2 Tbsp
honey
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
