buttery baked salmon

This is my own quick and easy recipe for a very moist, buttery baked salmon. It is lightly flavored with Old Bay seasoning, a touch of lemon, and garlic and herb seasoning. Don't shy away from trying this because of the amount of butter used. Most of the butter remains in the pan. I serve it with a baked potato, romaine salad, and cheddar chive biscuits. Simply delicious. Also, there is almost no clean-up!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This buttery baked salmon is the perfect example of how sometimes simple recipes are the best. Savory pieces of salmon are cooked in a rich, buttery sauce. The sauce has a slight lemon flavor with subtle herbs. Savory and slightly spicy Old Bay seasoning adds just enough spice, but it does not overpower the dish. Since it comes together quickly, this baked salmon recipe is a great (and impressive) weeknight dinner.
