Yeah yeah, real men don't eat quiche. ROAD APPLES!!! This is a great light supper!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2, 6oz cans crabmeat
  • 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh button mushrooms
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1, 9 inch - pie shell

How To Make bunyan's diabetic seafood quiche

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, combine the, mayo, flour eggs and half & half, whisk thoroughly
  • Step 3
    Add the crabmeat, cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms, & bacon, stir to combine
  • Step 4
    Pour into pie shell, bake for 40 to 45 minutes
