Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    whole wheat flour
  • 2 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 2, 6oz can(s)
    crabmeat
  • 8 oz
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    sliced fresh button mushrooms
  • 4 slice
    bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1, 9 inch
    pie shell

How to Make Bunyan's Diabetic Seafood Quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a bowl, combine the, mayo, flour eggs and half & half, whisk thoroughly
  3. Add the crabmeat, cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms, & bacon, stir to combine
  4. Pour into pie shell, bake for 40 to 45 minutes
