- BROILED TILAPIA
- 4 pounds fresh tilapia fillets ( or 12 4oz fillets)
- 4 teaspoons fresh dill
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- - sea salt, to taste
- - ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 - lemon, cut into slices
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice (from a second lemon),freshly squeezed
- CRANBERRY-HONEYMUSTARD SAUCE
- 16 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups orange juice,freshly squeezed
- - zest 2 oranges
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons dijon mustard
How To Make broiled tilapia with cranberry honey-mustard sauce

Step 1FOR THE SAUCE: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat,cook cranberries,orange juice,zest and vanilla,about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low,stirring occasionally, and cook until thickened and reduced, about 20 minutes.

Step 2Remove from heat,whisk in honey and Dijon mustard. Serve over Tilapia.

Step 3FOR THE BROILED TILAPIA: Preheat broiler to high.

Step 4Place fillets in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with dill and paprika. Add salt and pepper, to taste, if desired. Lay slices of lemon in the middle of each fillet.

Step 5Place baking dish 5 to 6 inches away from broiler. Broil fish for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through,but still moist. Drizzle with lemon juice. Serve topped with Cranberry-Honey Mustard Sauce. Try garnished with dill,if desired.
