Ingredients
- orange roughy; enough for one filet each.
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1-2 teaspoon concentrated lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make broiled orange roughy

Step 1Let fish thaw then place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Step 2Mix melted butter and lemon juice together. Spread over each filet with a brush or spoon.

Step 3Set oven temperature to broil and insert the baking sheet. After two minutes, pull out the baking sheet and turn over filets. Baste with lemon butter. Re-insert into the oven and broil until tender and flaky.
