This Greek recipe is called Fetes Psari me Kasseri Kai Domates in Greece. Flounder has such a mild taste and delicate texture, and in this recipe it gets a flavor boost from the tangy tomatoes and kasseri cheese. It pairs well with steamed zucchini and a loaf of fresh baked olive bread.
