Broiled Flounder with Kasseri and Tomatoes
- 2 lb
- flounder fillets, skinless (or other fish fillets)
- 2 Tbsp
- grated onion
- 1 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- black pepper
- 3-3 medium
- tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 lb
- butter, melted
- 1 c
- grated kasseri cheese
How to Make Broiled Flounder with Kasseri and Tomatoes
- 1Preheat broiler. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- 2Place fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with grated onion, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Drizzle the butter over the fillets.
- 3Broil 4 inches from the heat source for 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle the cheese on top, and broil 2 minutes more. Serve immediately.
