Broiled Flounder with Kasseri and Tomatoes

2 lbflounder fillets, skinless (or other fish fillets)
2 Tbspgrated onion
1 1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspblack pepper
3-3 mediumtomatoes, chopped
1/4 lbbutter, melted
1 cgrated kasseri cheese
How to Make Broiled Flounder with Kasseri and Tomatoes
- Preheat broiler. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Place fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with grated onion, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Drizzle the butter over the fillets.
- Broil 4 inches from the heat source for 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle the cheese on top, and broil 2 minutes more. Serve immediately.
