Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    broccoli florets or fresh, chopped in one inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 4 to 6 medium
    lake perch filets
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 c
    shredded cheese

How to Make Broccoli with Fish Filet's

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray 2 1/2 Qt oblong casserole or baking pan with cooking spray. Layer frozen broccoli, add water, Place fish filet's on top of broccoli, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and lemon juice, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave on high for 10 minutes, let stand for one minute and serve.
