- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 tablespoon ginger
- 2/3 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 ounce sesame oil
How To Make bourbon-marinated smoked salmon

Step 1Place salmon in large shallow dish; cover with vegetable oil.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade; marinate 6 hours or overnight.
