    salmon, fresh, skinned and boned
  • ·
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 2/3 Tbsp
  • 2/3 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1.5 tsp
    garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 oz
    sesame oil

How to Make Bourbon-Marinated Smoked Salmon


  1. Place salmon in large shallow dish; cover with vegetable oil.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade; marinate 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Grill over mesquite until flaky.
