Ingredients
- 4 boxes salt
- 6 packages crab boil
- 9 - lemons
- 8 ounces cayenne pepper
- 5 pounds onions, small white
- 1 - garlic clove
- 24 small potatoes
- 2 pounds smoked sausage
- 4 - ears fresh corn on the cob - halved
- 50 pounds crawfish, live
How To Make boiled crawfish

Step 1Bring seasonings to boil for 10 minutes.

Step 2Add potatoes, corn and smoked sausage.

Step 3Boil for another 10 minutes.

Step 4Add crawfish.

Step 5Bring back to boil.

Step 6Cut fire off immediately.

Step 7Let soak for 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 8Drain. Peel and eat.

Step 9While water is coming to a boil, cull and clean crawfish.

Step 10Rinse well with garden hose and remove any dead ones.

Step 11Always wear gloves when you fool with crawfish, but remember, they can still pinch you through gloves.
