- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Step 3generously put on the fillets, in a large skillet put on high till smoking....put in half the butter and half the olive oil...sear in two batches about 2 minutes each side.
