blackened terriaki brown sugar salmon
If you love the taste of brown sugar and butter, this will turn your Salmon into a mind bending experience, becasue the flavor marries the Salmon in an unexpected way. Turns Salmon into a very yummy situation. I like to serve with sweet potatoes. BTW, kids love this too!!

How To Make blackened terriaki brown sugar salmon
-
Step 1Start with a pyrex container to marinate the salmon fillet for 15 minutes. Place the terriyaki marinade in the pyrex container, then place the Salmon, turn it over a few times to coat.
-
Step 2As the salmon is marinating , mash the butter and brown sugar together well. Spread it over the Salmon. It does not have to go on perfectly even.
-
Step 3Gererously spray cooking spray on a grill or pan. Use medium high heat. When hot place the Salmon, skin side down first, for 4 minutes, then turn and cook for another 4 minutes. When you remove from pan, turn the salmon back to the skin side down. I like to cut the fillet into serving size pieces after it cooked.
