5 Tbspkikkoman terriyaki marinade

5 Tbspbrown sugar

1 lbsalmon fillet
How to Make Blackened Terriaki Brown Sugar Salmon
- Gererously spray cooking spray on a grill or pan. Use medium high heat. When hot place the Salmon, skin side down first, for 4 minutes, then turn and cook for another 4 minutes. When you remove from pan, turn the salmon back to the skin side down. I like to cut the fillet into serving size pieces after it cooked.
