How to Make Blackened Catfish

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat a large heavy skillet; melt butter OR use oil.
  2. Dredge filets in Blackend Seasoning Mix and coat well.
  3. Lay the fiuets in heated skillet and brown on both sides. Serve hot.
