Ingredients
- 2 pounds catfish fillets
- 1 stick butter
- OR
- 1/4 cup oil
- - blackened seasoning mix (see recipe elsewhere)
How To Make blackened catfish

Step 1Heat a large heavy skillet; melt butter OR use oil.

Step 2Dredge filets in Blackend Seasoning Mix and coat well.

Step 3Lay the fiuets in heated skillet and brown on both sides. Serve hot.
