- catfish fillets
- 1 stick
- 1/4 c
- blackened seasoning mix (see recipe elsewhere)
How to Make Blackened Catfish
- 1Heat a large heavy skillet; melt butter OR use oil.
- 2Dredge filets in Blackend Seasoning Mix and coat well.
- 3Lay the fiuets in heated skillet and brown on both sides. Serve hot.
