Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Mirin
- 3 tablespoons sake
- 1/2 cup white miso
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 4 black cod fillets
How To Make black cod with miso sauce

Step 1Mix the first 5 ingredients. Set the black cod flesh side down in the marinade. Let marinate in the fridge for 8 hours or up to 2 days.

Step 2Remove the fish from the marinade. Lay the fish flesh side down in a baking dish. Discard the marinade.

Step 3Turn on the broiler and move the rack about 6 inches from the heat. Broil the fish until the skin is crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes. Keep an eye on it.

Step 4Turn the fish and then broil another 5 to 6 minutes until the fish is done.
